About Us

Stephanie is the Business Development Manager for the Education and Hospitality Divisions at Norton Staffing. Stephanie is responsible for the oversight of Education and Hospitality sales and marketing efforts, top line revenue and assisting with the company’s overall growth platform. With 18 plus years of hotel operations, sales and marketing experience, Stephanie has held various management and leadership roles in the hospitality industry.

Prior to joining Norton Staffing in early 2022, Stephanie was the Sales Manager for the Marriott Hotel in South Boston, MA serving 15 years there. Upon completing her undergraduate studies in Management/Marketing at Bridgewater State University, Stephanie spent 3 years as Director of Catering and Regional Director of Catering in Cape Cod, MA.

Nicole is a Staffing coordinator for the Hospitality and Wellness division, with over 15 years of customer service and support experience. Most recently Nicole worked as an Executive Assistant for the CEO of Elite Creators, an entertainment company, using skills of communication and organization to Onboard new clients and schedule appointments, as well as revenue reporting and invoicing. With all this knowledge and experience, Nicole joined theNorton team in early 2022 and is an asset to Norton Staffing who can provide support to employees and clients alike.

Nicole is a staffing coordinator at Norton Staffing. Nicole has 10 years of customer service experience, working in retail and the service industry. Nicole is passionate to work in this industry to help the right candidate find a job that suites them and help maintain the needs for our clients. Nicole strives to keep the highest standards for both employees and clients.
